The San Miguel Health Council meets every forth Tuesday of the month. Meetings are in the Las Vegas Public Health Office at 18 Gallegos Rd. Las Vegas, NM. All Health Council and Committee meetings are opened to the public and if anyone wishes to make a presentation at a meeting, please contact health council coordinator. All voting members of the Health Council are nominated by the Health Council Nominating Committee and recommended for appointment to the San Miguel Board of County Commissioners. Members are appointed in the fall of each year. Committee members are made up of Health Council members and non-Health Council members. Active invovlement is encouraged for anyone interested in the priority areas.

In addition, the behavioral collaborative called the MSG for Mora, San Miguel and Guadalupe Group meets regularly, but locations change. The schedule and location for the MSG Group is as follows:
The MSG has 4 standing committees: Lead Team, Consumer Committee, Family Member Committee, and Provider Committee. The MSG Housing Coalition and Task Force is organizing at this time.
